Due to our specific workflow, we generally cannot accept refunds. However, if something happens to the package causing it to be lost during shipping, or if the product arrives damaged, please contact us for a resolution. All packages are insured during shipping, so in such cases, a full refund can be provided. We aim to ensure every customer is fully informed and satisfied. Thank you for your understanding.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. refunds

Before sending the invoice, our personal shoppers thoroughly search for the requested product, making it very unlikely that a product cannot be found after the invoice is paid. However, in the rare event that the personal shopper is unable to secure the product after you have paid the invoice, you will be notified and the full amount will be refunded.
